The challenge

Operational systems were becoming fragmented.

Vibe operates across planning, delivery, optimisation and long-term operational support. But the systems underneath publishing, reporting, workflow management and behavioural visibility were becoming fragmented.

Hall designed a shared operational infrastructure where planning, publishing, workflow visibility and behavioural data remain attached as work moves through the system.

The objective was not only delivery. It was to create infrastructure Vibe could continue measuring, operating and improving long after release.
