These terms set out the basic conditions for using the EEV website and, where access is granted, the EEV platform.

By using the EEV website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with its operation, security or availability.

Website content

The content on the EEV website is provided for general information. It explains the purpose, structure and possible use of the EEV platform, but it does not create a contract, guarantee access, or confirm that any specific feature, integration or implementation will be suitable for every use case.

EEV platform access

The EEV platform is currently in beta.

Access may be provided by invitation, approval or agreed implementation route. We may accept, refuse, limit, suspend or withdraw access where needed to protect the platform, manage capacity, improve the product, or maintain security and operational integrity.

Beta access does not guarantee continued access, feature availability, production readiness, commercial availability or suitability for any particular use.

You must not attempt to access areas of the EEV platform that have not been made available to you, test the security of the platform without written permission, or use the platform in a way that may affect its performance, integrity, security or availability.

Beta status

The EEV platform may change during beta. Features, workflows, modules, interfaces, outputs, integrations and access conditions may be updated, limited, removed or replaced as the platform develops.

Beta access may include early-stage functionality, incomplete features, testing conditions, technical limitations or areas that require further refinement.

Intellectual property

The EEV website, EEV platform, structure, interface, content, design, wording, system logic and related materials are protected by intellectual property rights.

You may view the EEV website for your own internal review. You must not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, resell, distribute or create derivative work from any part of the EEV website or EEV platform without written permission.

Links to other websites

The EEV website may include links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices or security of third-party websites.

No warranty

The EEV website is provided on an "as available" basis.

The EEV platform is provided in beta and may include changes, interruptions, limitations or errors. We take reasonable care with security, availability and reliability, but we do not guarantee that the website or platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical issues.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from use of the EEV website, reliance on website content, beta access to the EEV platform, or inability to access the website or platform.
